Return and Shipping Policy


DUE TO COVID, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS AT THIS TIME

Shipping Policy:  Please allow 5 -10 business days to receive your order once payment is made.  *Holidays are excluded*

Orders are shipped in the order they are received.  Status of orders will not be provided unless order is not received by the 10th business day.

Return Policy:  Exchanges and store credit are accepted within 7 days of delivered date.  Please ensure the item(s) are not worn and all tags are intact.  If items smell like perfume, we cannot offer exchange or store credit. 

For Pre-Orders, ETAs can change due to the vendors delay.  Pre-Orders cannot be refunded.
