Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Status of orders will not be provided unless order is not received by the 10th business day.
Return Policy: Exchanges and store credit are accepted within 7 days of delivered date. We do not offer refunds unless the item is no longer in stock. Please ensure the item(s) are not worn and all tags are intact. If items smell like perfume, we cannot offer exchange or store credit. Customers are also responsible for the return shipping fee.
For Pre-Orders, ETAs can change due to the vendors delay. Pre-Orders cannot be refunded.
